1. I will only sell the handmade goods which are made by me / my family members / the members of my organization. I will not sell any Readymade / Machine made products from the market. I will accept the  penalty if any Readymade / Machine made products are found at my stall
2. I assure that I will keep Artisan Card/Organization Registration Certificate copy, Photo I-Card, Bill Book, visiting Card with me during the fair.
3. I will accept the stall number allotted to me according to the rules. I will not complain/indulge in any dispute regarding this.
4. I will not handover the stall allotted to me to any other person whatsoever.
5. In accordance with the Indext-C guidelines, I will systematically set up the stall prior to the event or as required. If not I will accept the charge of allotting the stall to a different artisan or confiscate the fee.
6. I will not argue with other artisans participating in the Fair, and I will be gentle and polite to the customers, Guests, Officials and Excellencies.
7.  I will strictly follow the instructions given by the officials / Staff organizing the fair and give them adequate cooperation.
8. I will have welcoming nature towards the officials / guests who attend my stall at the fair.
9. The goods present in the stall allotted to me will be of my responsibility.
10. I will not display my items outside the stall or such that it hides facia plate.
11. I will not smoke or consume alcoholic beverages at the fair, nor will I keep any such items in the stall.
12. I agree that the taxes levied by the government for fair conducted in the state / outside the state will be my responsibility.
13. I will be present at the fair for which I have paid the fees. Failing which I will not demand the refund / transfer of the payment to another the Fair.
14. In accordance with the Indext-C guidelines, I will fill only one form for a stall on the behalf of the family.
