(1) Individual Artisan / Sakhi Mandal/Institution/ Mandal has to make any one application per family. (2) Only craft among 62 crafts will be given preference. List of 62 craft is available on website www.craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (3) Following details will be considered for online draw (A) If more than one stall is allotted in the draw per Sakhi Mandal /Institution/Society/Family/Individual Artisan then only one stall fee will be admissible in this regard other stall fee will be forfeited (B) Individual Artisan/Sakhi Mandal/Institution/ Association with craft out of 62 crafts will be considered. (C) Artisans having other craft and not keeping item as per card will not be considered. (4) All the artisans have to maintain a bill book during the fair. (5) During the fair-exhibition, sales should be done only in the allotted space inside the stalls.
