(1) The stall fee of the stall involved in the online draw must be paid by the artisan online within the time limit, through the link provided in the mobile application. Artisans who do not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time frame will not be entertained thereafter for allotment of stalls for this fair. (2) Out of more than one application/successful stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee has to be paid. In case of more than one stall in the family and in case the stall fee is paid, one stall will be allocated and the other stall will be canceled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (3) Awardee and Endangered Artisans who have been allotted a stall must provide a bond letter for free stall. (4) Artisans with other crafts and not keeping craft-wise items shall not be considered. List of 62 craft is available at website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans shall keep craft items as per icard and shall not bring ready-made items. If the finished product is found to be selling then strict action will be taken by the Index-C office. (6) Stall Fee Rs.200/- per day + GST 18% Rs.36 Total stall fee is Rs.236/-. (7) The artisan who has a stall has to be present himself. (8) The artisans who have paid the stall fee have to reach the venue of the fair with their goods one day before on 11/09/2024 by 12:00 noon (9) All artisans must maintain a bill book compulsorily during the fair.
