Kutchi Navratri Hatkala Haat

(1) Artisans from districts other than Kutch have to apply online. (2) While the artisans of Kutch will not have to apply in the online application but in Bhuj Hat on 04-09-2024 to 07-09-2024 by 15:00 PM to register physically with icard and stall fee in cash at Bhuj Haat Rs. 1,770/- dt. 09/09/2024 15:00 hrs to 12/09/2024 17:00 hrs to be deposited in cash. Only one worker per family has to be registered. (3) First preference will be given to Kutch artisans in the Sadar Mela. At present, the first 65 stalls in the haat are reserved for Kutch artisans. So the artisans applying online should take this matter into consideration. (4) The stall fee of the stall involved in the online draw shall be paid online within the stipulated time, through the link provided in the mobile application. Any submission for allotment of a stall for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the fee online within the stipulated time frame will not be entertained thereafter. (5) Out of more than one application/successful stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee shall be paid. If there is more than one stall in the family and in case the stall fee is paid, one stall will be allocated and the other stall will be canceled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (6) Awardee and Endangered Artisans who have been allotted a stall must provide a bond letter for free stall. (7) Artisans with other crafts and not keeping craft-wise items will not be considered. List of 62 crafts is available at website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (8) Artisans shall have craft items as per icard and ready made items shall not be brought. If the finished product is found to be sold then strict action will be taken by the Index-C office. (9) Stall fee per day Rs. 150/- + GST 18% Rs. 27/- got a total of Rs. 177/- stall fee. (10) The artisan who has a stall has to be present himself. (11) The artisans who have paid the stall fee have to reach the venue of the fair with their goods by 10:00 AM on 24/09/2024.
