Navratri Mahotsav-2024

(1) Stroll's stall fee is paid in drawer, in application and through link, online beauty within time limit. Any offer to allot a stall to the Karigar will not be entertained by a person who does not deposit the fee online within the said deadline. (2) Out of more than one application/successful stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee shall be paid. In case of more than one stall in the family and in case the stall fee is paid, one stall will be allocated and the other stall will be canceled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (3) Awardee and Endangered Artisans who have been allotted a stall must give a bond letter for free stall. (4) Artisans with other crafts and not keeping craft-wise items will not be considered. List of 62 craft is available at website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans shall keep craft items as per icard and shall not bring ready-made items. If the finished product is found to be sold then strict action will be taken by the Index-C office. (6) In the following fair-exhibitions the artisans were allotted stalls online and stall fees were paid. But the artisans who are not present in the fair will not be allotted stalls in Sadar Navratri Mahotsav-2024. (7) Stall fee Rs.300/- per day + GST 18% Rs.54 Total stall fee is Rs.354/- (8) The artisan who has a stall should be present himself. (9) The artisans who have paid the stall fee should reach the venue of the fair with goods one day in advance on 02/10/2024 by 12:00 noon.
