Hastkala Haat-Ahmedabad Haat

(1) Considering the time limit, the draw of the Sadar Mela will be held physically at the Ahmedabad Haat venue on 06/05/2025 at 4.00 pm. In which only the artisans who have booked their stalls online will have to be present and the artisans who have got a stall in the physical draw will have to pay the stall fee of Rs. 200/- per day + GST ??18% Rs. 36, totaling Rs. 236/- stall fee in cash on the spot after allotting the stall. (2) The artisans who have got a stall in Malwa Utsav-Indore and Vapi Mela should not apply in the Sadar Mela. If an application is made, the stall will not be allotted. (3) Only the artisans who are present on time in the physical draw will be taken into consideration in the draw. (4) In case of more than one application from the same artisan/family, only one application will be considered. (5) Stalls no. 43 to 52 allotted for sale of mangoes have not been counted. (6) Awardees and artisans of endangered arts allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (7) Artisans of other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (8) Artisans will have to keep craft items as per their ID card and will not bring ready-made items. If it is found that they are selling ready-made items, strict action will be taken by the Index-C office in this regard. (9) The artisan cannot cancel the stall after paying the fee in the Sadar fair. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the fair organized for the next 3 months. (10) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (11) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with their goods by 11.00 am on 07/05/2025. (12) All the artisans will have to maintain a bill book during the fair.
