Gujarat Handicraft Utsav - 2025

(1) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall allotted in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link provided in the mobile application. Any subsequent submission of the stall allotment for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time will not be considered. (2) In case of more than one application/sold stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee will have to be paid. In case of more than one stall being sold from a family and in case of stall fee being paid, only one stall will be allotted and the other stall will be cancelled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (3) Awardee and endangered art artisans allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (4) Artisans of other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) The artisans will have to carry their craft items as per their ID card and will not have to bring ready-made items. If it is found that they are selling ready-made items, necessary action will be taken by the Index-C office in this regard. (6) The stall fee is Rs. 100/- per day + GST ??18% Rs. 18/-, which makes a total of Rs. 118/- stall fee. (7) The artisan will not be able to cancel the stall after paying the fee in the said fair. (8) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (9) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods by 4:00 PM on 19/06/2025 and the stall number will be allotted at the fair venue. (10) After receiving confirmation (allotment) of stall after paying the fee in the said fair, punitive action will be taken by Index-C against the artisan who is absent from the fair for any reason, which should be noted.
