(1) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link given in the mobile application, within the time limit. Any representation for allotting a stall for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time limit will not be considered. (2) Awardee/endangered art artisans will be allotted stalls free of cost. (3) Artisans will have to keep the craft items as per the artisan card and will not have to bring ready-made items. If it is found that ready-made items are being sold, strict action will be taken in this regard by the Index-C office. (4) Stall fee per day Rs. 25/- + GST ??18% Rs. 4.50 is added to make a total of Rs. 29.50 stall fee. (6) The artisans who have paid the stall fee should bring the goods and materials to the fair venue on or before Must reach by 11:00 AM on 14/06/2025. (7) All artisans must maintain a bill book during the fair. (8) The artisan who has a stall must be present in person.
