1) The artisan must pay the stall fee for the online stall on time, through the link provided in the mobile application, by the deadline. Any artisan who does not pay the online fee within the stipulated time will not have their application considered for stall allocation at this fair.(2) Awardees. Stalls will be assigned free of charge to artisans of dying arts.(3) Artisans must display craft items as per their artisan card and are not allowed to bring ready-made items. If it is found that ready-made items are being sold, strict action will be taken by the Index-C office.(4) Stall fee will be Rs. 100 per day + 18% GST, totaling Rs. 118 for 10 days.(5) Stalls numbered 10 to 25 will be included in the market. Artisans allocated stall number 1 will be considered as stall number 10. The remaining stall numbers will follow this sequence.(6) Artisans who have paid the stall fee must arrive at the fair location with their goods by 10:00 AM on 29.08.2025.(7) During the fair, all artisans are required to maintain a bill book.(8) For the artisan who has a stall.
