(1) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall allotted in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link provided in the mobile application. Any subsequent application for allotment of a stall for this fair to an artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time will not be considered. (2) In case of more than one application/successful stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee will have to be paid. In case of more than one stall from a family being successful and in case of stall fee being paid, only one stall will be allotted and the other stall will be cancelled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (3) Awardee and endangered art artisans allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (4) Artisans of other crafts and those who do not keep items according to their craft will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans will have to keep craft items as per their ID card and will not be allowed to bring ready-made items. If they are found selling ready-made items, strict action will be taken by the Index-C office in this regard. (6) Stall fee is Rs.200/- per day + GST 18% Rs.36, totaling Rs.236/- stall fee. (7) After paying the fee, the artisan will not be able to cancel the stall in the said fair. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the upcoming fair for 3 months. (8) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (9) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods one day in advance on 29/08/2025 by 12:00 noon. (10) All the artisans will have to maintain a bill book during the fair. (11) If the artisan cancels the stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee at the fair, the artisan should mail the reason for the cancellation of the stall to the e-mail of the office here: Indextc@gmail.com before the start of the fair and should also inform it on phone no.-9978407213. In such a case, the stall fee will not be refundable. Which is good to know. (12) In such a case, the artisans who cancel their stall within two days of the start of the fair, such artisans will not be able to participate in the next fair as determined by Index-C.
