
Kutch Navratri Hastkala Haat-Ahmedabad Haat
(1) Artisans from districts other than Kutch will have to apply online. (2) Whereas artisans from Kutch will not have to apply online but will have to fill the prescribed form in Bhuj Haat from 19/8/2025 to 25/8/2025 by 12:00 noon and submit it physically along with a copy of the artisan identity card to Bhuj Haat by 25/8/2025 by 12:00 noon and the artisans whose names are finalized at the office will have to deposit the stall fee of Rs. 2360/- in cash at Bhuj Haat from 28/8/2025 to 30/8/2025 by 05:30 pm. Only one artisan from a family will have to be registered. (3) Kutch artisans will be given first priority in this fair. At present, approximately the first 70 stalls in the Haat have been reserved for Kutch artisans. So, the artisans applying online should take this into consideration. (4) For the artisans of districts other than Kutch, a computerized draw will be done at Ahmedabad Haat in the online application. Artisan friends who want to be informed about the online draw process can be present. (5) Preference will be given to artisans who have participated in the Maharashtra International Trade Fair-Pune from 19/9/25 to 28/9/25, except those who have paid the stall fee. (6) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link given in the mobile application, within the time limit. Any submission for allotment of stalls for this fair by the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time limit will not be considered. (7) Out of more than one application/sold stalls of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee will have to be paid. In case more than one stall is sold from a family and in case the stall fee is paid, only one stall will be allotted and the other stall will be cancelled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (8) Awardee and endangered art artisans allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (9) Artisans with other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (10) Artisans will have to keep craft items as per their ID card and will not have to bring ready-made items. If it is found that the finished product is being sold, strict action will be taken by the Index-C office in this regard. (11) The stall fee per day is Rs. 200/- + GST 18% Rs. 36/-, making a total of Rs. 236/- stall fee. (12) The artisan will not be able to cancel the stall after paying the fee in the main fair. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the upcoming fair for 3 months. (13) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (14) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods by 10:00 AM on 12/09/2025. (15) All the artisans will have to maintain a bill book during the fair. (16) If the artisan cancels the stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee at the fair, the artisan will have to inform the office here before the commencement of the fair with the reason for canceling the stall on email: indextc@gmail.com and will have to inform on phone no. 9978407213.
