Hunar-e-Bharat Utsav-Goa

(1) Artisans allotted a stall through the online draw must pay the stall fee online within the stipulated timeframe using the link provided in the mobile application. Requests for stall allocation for this fair will not be entertained from artisans who fail to deposit the fee online within the deadline. (2) In cases where more than one application from the same artisan or family results in the allotment of multiple stalls, the fee for only one stall is to be paid; one stall will be allocated, and the other(s) will be cancelled, with no refund of the stall fee for the cancelled stall(s). (3) Award-winning artisans and artisans practicing vanishing art forms who have been allotted a stall must submit an undertaking regarding the free stall. (4) Artisans dealing in crafts or products other than the recognized categories will not be considered. A list of the 62 recognized crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans must display products corresponding to the craft specified on their ID card; bringing ready-made goods is prohibited. If an artisan is found selling ready-made goods, the iNDEXT-c office will initiate appropriate action. (6) The stall fee is Rs. 100/- per day plus 18% GST (Rs. 18/-), making the total stall fee Rs. 118/-. (7) Once the fee has been paid, the artisan cannot cancel the stall booking for the said fair. (8) The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must be personally present. (9) Artisans allotted a stall must fill out and submit the undertaking form provided by iNDEXTb. (10) Artisans who have paid the stall fee must arrive at the fair venue with their goods and materials by 5:00 PM on October 17, 2026. (11) All artisans are required to maintain a bill book during the fair.
