(1) Artisans allotted a stall through the online draw must pay the stall fee online within the stipulated timeframe using the link provided in the mobile application. Requests for stall allocation for this fair will not be entertained if the fee is not deposited online within the deadline. (2) If an artisan or family has submitted multiple applications or been allotted multiple stalls, the fee for only one stall is to be paid. In cases where more than one stall has been allotted or fees have been paid for multiple stalls, only one stall will be retained, and the other(s) will be cancelled; the fee for the cancelled stall(s) will not be refunded. (3) Award-winning artisans and artisans practicing vanishing art forms who have been allotted a stall must submit an undertaking regarding the provision of the stall free of charge. (4) Artisans dealing in crafts other than the recognized categories or those not stocking items corresponding to their specific craft will not be considered. A list of the 62 recognized crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans must stock items corresponding to the craft specified on their ID card and must not bring pre-manufactured (ready-made) goods. Strict action will be taken by the Indext-C office if an artisan is found selling ready-made goods. (6) The stall fee is Rs. 200/- per day plus 18% GST (Rs. 36), making the total fee Rs. 236/-. (7) Once the fee has been paid for the fair, the artisan cannot cancel the stall. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from participating in fairs organized over the next three months. (8) The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must be personally present. (9) Artisans who have paid the stall fee are mandatorily required to arrive at the fair venue with their goods and materials by 12:00 PM on September 20, 2026 (one day prior to the event). (10) All artisans must mandatorily maintain a bill book during the fair. (11) If an artisan needs to cancel their stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee, they must inform this office via email at Indextc@gmail.com (stating the reason for cancellation) and by phone at 9978407213 before the fair begins. In such cases, the stall fee will not be refunded. Please take note of this. (12) Artisans who cancel their stall within the two days prior to the start of the fair will be barred from participating in the subsequent fair, as determined by Indext-C.
