Kutchi Navratri Hastkala Haat-Ahmedabad Haat

(1) Only artisans from Kutch district are required to apply through this application. (2) Artisans from districts other than Kutch must apply for the separate fair organized for them; applications from artisans outside Kutch district submitted via this application will not be considered. (3) Stall numbers 1 to 70 are reserved for Kutch artisans at this fair; artisans applying online should take note of this. (4) Applications will not be considered from artisans who have participated or will participate in: (1) Gujarat Handicraft Festival – Hyderabad (25/09/26 to 04/10/26), (2) Navratri Handicraft Festival – Navsari (01/10/26 to 10/10/26), and (3) Swadeshi Handicraft Haat – Morbi (held during Navratri, 01/10/26 to 10/10/26). (5) In cases where more than one application is submitted by the same artisan or family, none of the applications will be considered; therefore, an individual artisan, organization, or cooperative society must submit only one application. (6) The stall fee for a stall allotted to an artisan via the online draw must be paid online within the stipulated timeframe using the link provided in the mobile application. No requests for stall allocation for this fair will be entertained from artisans who fail to deposit the online fee within the stipulated timeframe. (7) Awardees and artisans practicing vanishing art forms who have been allocated stalls must submit a letter of undertaking regarding the provision of the stall free of cost. (8) Artisans dealing in crafts or products other than the specified categories will not be considered. A list of the 62 recognized crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (9) Handloom and handicraft societies, voluntary organizations, self-help groups, *Sakhi Mandals*, and clusters are hereby informed that members registered with their organization must be present at the stall during the fair; no members other than those registered are permitted to be present. Furthermore, the organization's registration certificate and the list of members must be kept at the stall during the fair. (10) Artisans dealing in crafts or products other than the specified categories will not be considered. (11) Artisans must stock products corresponding to the craft specified on their identity card and must not bring ready-made goods. If found selling ready-made goods, strict action will be taken by the Indext-C office. (12) The stall fee is Rs. 200/- per day plus 18% GST (Rs. 36/-), making the total fee Rs. 236/-. (13) Once the fee is paid, the artisan cannot cancel the stall. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from participating in any fairs organized within the next three months. The fee is non-refundable. (14) All fair-related sales and exhibitions must be conducted strictly within the stall premises; no space will be provided outside the stall. (15) All artisans are required to maintain a bill book during the fair. (16) The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must be personally present. (17) Artisans who have paid the stall fee must arrive at the fair venue with their goods and materials by 10:00 AM on 01/10/2026. (18) If an artisan needs to cancel their stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee, they must inform this office via email at indextc@gmail.com and by phone at 9978407213, stating the reason for cancellation, prior to the commencement of the fair. (19) In case of any difficulties during the online application process, please contact the office during office hours at 079-23256007 or 9978407213. (20) Artisans who cancel their stall within the two days preceding the start of the fair will be barred from participating in the subsequent fair, subject to the decision made by Indext-C.
