(1) In case of more than one application from the same artisan/family, no application will be considered. Therefore, an individual artisan/organization/society will have to make only one application. (2) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link given in the mobile application, within the time limit. Any representation to allot a stall for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time limit will not be considered. (3) Awardee and endangered art artisans allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (4) Artisans of other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans will have to keep craft items as per I-card and will not be allowed to bring ready-made items. If it is found that ready-made items are being sold, strict action will be taken by the Index-C office in this regard. (6) Stall fee per day is Rs. 200/- + GST ??18% Rs. 36/-, totaling Rs. 236/- stall fee. (7) The artisan will not be able to cancel the stall after paying the fee in the said fair. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the upcoming fair for 3 months. (8) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (9) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods by 10:00 AM on 29/12/2025. (10) All the artisans will have to maintain a bill book during the fair. (11) If an artisan cancels his stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee, he must inform the office here before the start of the fair with the reason for canceling the stall on email: indextc@gmail.com and also on phone no. 9978407213. (12) If you encounter any problem while applying online, you are requested to contact the office on phone no. 079 23256007 and mobile no. 9978407213 during office hours. (13) If any other fair is organized by this office on the dates of this fair, then the artisan will be able to participate in the fair in only one fair.
