Diwali Hastkala Haat-Ahmedabad Haat

(1) Since stalls numbered 44 through 58 are under the jurisdiction of the Gujarat Pottery Board, artisans assigned a stall number in the range of 44–58 via the online system will be re-assigned a different number: those assigned stall 44 will be considered as having stall 59, and those assigned stall 45 will be considered as having stall 60. The stall numbers for the range 44 to 75 will be adjusted accordingly. All artisans who have been assigned a stall through the online system must take note of this change. (2) Applications will not be considered from artisans who have participated, or intend to participate, in the 'Swadeshi Hastkala Haat' (Indigenous Handicraft Fair) held in Vadodara (from 29/10/26 to 07/11/26) or in Surat (from 31/10/26 to 06/11/26). (3) In cases where more than one application is submitted by the same artisan or family, none of the applications will be considered. Therefore, each individual artisan, organization, or cooperative society must submit only one application. (4) Artisans who are assigned a stall through the online draw must pay the stall fee online—within the stipulated timeframe—using the link provided in the mobile application. If an artisan fails to pay the fee online within the prescribed deadline, no subsequent requests for the allocation of a stall for this fair will be entertained. (5) Awardees who have been allotted a stall, as well as artisans practicing vanishing art forms, must submit an undertaking regarding the stall (confirming their participation/acceptance). (6) Artisans dealing in crafts other than those specified will not be considered. A list of the 62 recognized crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (7) Handloom and handicraft cooperatives, voluntary organizations, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), 'Sakhi Mandals', and clusters are hereby informed that only members registered with their respective organizations are permitted to be present at the stall during the fair. No individuals other than these registered members are allowed. Furthermore, the organization's registration certificate and the list of registered members must be kept available at the stall throughout the fair. (8) Artisans dealing in crafts other than those specified will not be considered. (9) The final decision regarding any changes to the number of stalls, as well as the allocation of specific stall numbers, shall rest solely with Indext-C. (10) The stall fee is Rs. 200/- per day, plus 18% GST (Rs. 36/-), bringing the total fee to Rs. 236/- per day. (11) Once the stall fee has been paid by an artisan, the stall booking cannot be cancelled. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to participate in any fairs organized within the next 3 months. The stall fee is non-refundable. (12) All exhibition and sales activities must be conducted strictly within the confines of the stall. No space will be provided outside the stall. (13) All artisans are required to maintain a bill book during the fair. (14) The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must be personally present. (15) Artisans who have paid the stall fee must arrive at 'Ahmedabad Haat' on 29/10/2026 at 10:00 AM, along with their goods/merchandise. (16) If an artisan needs to cancel their stall after paying the fee due to unavoidable circumstances, they must inform this office—stating the reason for the cancellation—via email at [email protected] and by phone at 9978407213, prior to the commencement of the fair.
