Gujarat Hastkala Utsa-Silvassa

(1) Artisans must pay the stall fee for the stall allotted to them via the online draw within the stipulated timeframe, using the link provided in the mobile application. If an artisan fails to pay the fee online within the prescribed deadline, no subsequent requests regarding the allotment of a stall for this fair will be entertained. (2) In cases where an artisan or a family has submitted multiple applications or has been allotted more than one stall, the stall fee is to be paid for only one stall. If multiple stalls have been allotted to a family, or if fees have been paid for multiple stalls, only one stall will be retained, and the others will be cancelled; the stall fee paid for the cancelled stalls will not be refunded. (3) Awardee artisans and artisans practicing vanishing (endangered) crafts, who are allotted stalls free of charge, must submit an undertaking (guarantee letter). (4) Artisans whose craft does not fall within the recognized categories, or who do not stock items corresponding to their registered craft, will not be considered. A list of the 62 recognized crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Artisans are required to display items strictly in accordance with their registered craft (as per their ID card). Bringing 'ready-made' (finished) goods is not permitted. If an artisan is found selling ready-made goods, strict action will be taken by the iNDEXT-C office. (6) The stall fee is Rs. 300/- per day, plus 18% GST (Rs. 54/-), bringing the total stall fee to Rs. 354/- per day. (7) Once the fee has been paid, an artisan cannot cancel their stall. Failure to comply will result in the artisan being barred from participating in any fairs organized over the next 3 months. (8) The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must be personally present. (9) Artisans who have paid the stall fee must arrive at the fair venue with their goods one day in advance—by 12:00 PM on 12/11/2026. (10) All artisans are required to maintain a bill book throughout the duration of the fair. (11) If an artisan needs to cancel their stall after paying the fee due to unavoidable circumstances, they must inform this office via email at [email protected] (stating the reason for cancellation) and also notify us by phone at 9978407213 before the fair begins. In such cases, the stall fee will not be refunded. Please take note of this. (12) Artisans who cancel their stall within the two days leading up to the start of the fair will be barred from participating in the subsequent fair, as determined by Indext-C.
