(1) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall placed in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link given in the mobile application, within the time limit. Any representation for allotting a stall for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time limit will not be considered. (2) The artisans of awardee/endangered art will be allotted stalls free of cost. (3) The artisans will have to keep the craft items as per the artisan card and will not have to bring ready-made items. If it is found that ready-made items are being sold, strict action will be taken in this regard by the Index-C office. (4) The stall fee per day is Rs. 100/- + 18% GST Rs. 18 = Rs. 118 for a total of 09 days. (6) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods and equipment on or before Must reach by 10:00 AM on 07/02/2026. (7) All artisans must maintain a bill book during the fair. (8) The artisan who has a stall must be present in person.
