(1) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall allotted in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link provided in the mobile application. Any subsequent submission of stall allotment for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time will not be considered. (2) In case of more than one application/successful stall of the same artisan/family, only one stall fee will have to be paid. In case of more than one stall being successful from the family and in case of stall fee being paid, only one stall will be allotted and the other stall will be cancelled and the stall fee will not be refunded. (3) Awardees and artisans of endangered arts allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (4) Handicraft-handicraft societies/voluntary organizations/self-help groups/sakhi societies and clusters are hereby informed that the registered members of your organization will have to be present at the stall during the fair. No other member will be able to be present except the registered members. It is further informed that the registration certificate of your organization and the list of members will have to be kept at the stall during the fair. (5) Artisans with other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (6) Artisans will have to keep craft items as per their ID card and will not have to bring ready-made items. If it is found that ready-made items are being sold, strict action will be taken in this regard by the Index-C office. (7) Stall fee per day is Rs.200/- + GST ??18% Rs.36, totaling Rs.236/- stall fee. (8) After paying the fee, the artisan cannot cancel the stall in the said fair. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the fair organized for 3 months. (9) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (10) The artisans who have paid the stall fee will have to reach the fair venue with the goods and supplies one day in advance on 24/02/2026 by 12:00 noon. (11) All the artisans will have to maintain a bill book during the fair. (12) If the artisan cancels the stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee at the fair, the artisan should send a mail to the office here with the reason for canceling the stall before the start of the fair on e-mail: Indextc@gmail.com and also inform on phone no.-9978407213. In such a situation, the stall fee will not be refundable. Which is good to know. (13) In such a situation, the artisans who cancel their stall within two days of the start of the fair, such artisans will not be able to participate in the next fair as determined by Index-C.
