(1) In case of more than one application from the same artisan/family, no application will be considered. Therefore, an individual artisan/organization/society will have to make only one application. (2) The artisan will have to pay the stall fee of the stall in the online draw online within the stipulated time, through the link given in the mobile application, within the time limit. Any representation to allot a stall for this fair to the artisan who does not deposit the online fee within the stipulated time limit will not be considered. (3) Awardee and endangered art artisans allotted stalls will have to give a guarantee letter for the stall free of cost. (4) Artisans of other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. (5) Handicraft societies/voluntary organizations/self-help groups/Sakhi societies and clusters are hereby informed that the registered members of your organization will have to be present at the stall during the fair. No other member will be able to be present. It is further informed that the registration certificates of the organization and the list of members will have to be kept at the stall during the fair. (6) Artisans with other crafts and those who do not keep craft-related items will not be considered. (7) Stall fee per day Rs. 200/- + GST ??18% Rs. 36/- totaling Rs. 236/- stall fee. (8) The artisan in the said fair will not be able to cancel the stall after paying the fee. Otherwise, he will not be able to participate in the fair organized for 3 months. (9) Fair-Exhibition cum Sale will have to be done only inside the stall. No space will be available outside the stall. (10) All artisans will have to maintain bill book during the fair. (11) The artisan who has a stall will have to be present in person. (12) If the artisan has to cancel the stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee in the fair, then the artisan will have to inform the office here before the start of the fair with the reason for canceling the stall on email: indextc@gmail.com and will have to inform on phone no. 9978407213. (13) If you find any problem while applying online, you are requested to contact the office on phone no. 079 23256007 and mobile no. 9978407213 during office hours. (14) In case the artisans cancel their stalls within two days of the commencement of the fair, such artisans will not be able to participate in the next fair as determined by Index-C. Special note should be taken of this.
