1. Artisans who have participated from 08/04/2026 to 19/04/2026 should not submit an application. If any such application is submitted, it will not be considered. 2. In case of more than one application from the same artisan/family, none of the applications will be considered. Therefore, an individual artisan/organization/ association must submit only one application. 3. The stall fee for the stall allotted through the online draw must be paid by the artisan within the stipulated time through the link provided in the mobile application. If the fee is not paid online within the prescribed time limit, any subsequent request for stall allotment in this fair will not be considered. 4. Awardee artisans and artisans of vanishing crafts who are allotted stalls must submit a guarantee letter for a free stall. 5. Artisans belonging to other crafts or those who do not keep items related to their craft will not be considered. The list of 62 crafts is available on the website: craftofgujarat.gujarat.gov.in. 6. Handloom/Handicraft associations, voluntary organizations, Self Help Groups, Sakhi Mandals, and clusters are hereby informed that the registered members of their organization must remain present at the stall during the fair. No person other than the registered members will be allowed. Furthermore, the registration certificate of the organization and the list of members must be kept at the stall during the fair. 7. Artisans belonging to other crafts and those who do not keep items related to their craft will not be considered. 8. The stall fee is ?200 per day + 18% GST (?36), totaling ?236 per day. 9. After paying the stall fee, the artisan cannot cancel the stall. Otherwise, the artisan will not be allowed to participate in fairs organized for the next three months. The fee is non-refundable. 10. Fair-cum-exhibition and sale must be conducted only inside the stall. No space will be provided outside the stall. 11. All artisans must maintain a bill book during the fair. 12. The artisan to whom the stall is allotted must remain personally present. 13. If an artisan needs to cancel the stall due to unavoidable circumstances after paying the fee, the artisan must inform this office before the start of the fair with the reason for cancellation via email at: indextc@gmail.com and also inform on Phone No.: 9978407213. 14. If any difficulty arises while applying online, you are requested to contact the office during office hours at Phone No.: 079-23256007 or Mobile No.: 9978407213. 15. If an artisan cancels the stall within the first two days after the start of the fair, such artisan will not be allowed to participate in the next fair as decided by INDEX-C. This should be specially noted. 16. In connection with the Local Self-Government / By-Election – 2026, if a polling booth is established at Ahmedabad Haat, the fair at Ahmedabad Haat will remain closed from 25/04/2026 to 26/04/2026. This should be specially noted.
